DURABLE ROLL-FORMED STEEL
Get strength and value with our CS Series of commercial overhead doors. Each starts with a strong, 2-inch ribbed base for added strength, and uses pebble-grain textured steel in 20-, 24- or 26-gauge thickness for durability. We spot-weld the CS20 and CS24 doors by hand for greater structural integrity than the many bolt-together doors on the market.

Wayne-Dalton 2411 Steel Sectional Door

Wayne-Dalton 2411 Steel Sectional Door

The Wayne-Dalton 2411 Steel Sectional Door is designed to provide commercial strength at a very competitive price. The embossed exterior skin features a stucco finish to enhance the buildings appearance, while C-shaped vertical stiles on the doors interior provide added strength and allow quick, secure hinge attachment. End stiles wrap around the exterior of each section to protect the section face from wear caused by the door jambs.

Materials & Construction
Wayne-Dalton's 2411 features nominal 24-gauge ribbed steel sections with vertical stiles attached to the interior. These 20-gauge stiles are securely attached with No. 8 screws and adhesive and have prelocated, extruded holes for hinge attachment. The exterior ribbing consists of two deep and four shallow ribs in each section, making it ideal for moderate use. The bottom section features a vinyl bulb-shaped astragal, held by a roll-formed, hot-dipped galvanized steel retainer.

Additional options include top head seal, joint seals and jamb seals. Optional insulation, consisting of 1 9/16" expanded polystyrene and covered with .015" minimum embossed pre-painted white steel provides an R-value of up to 7.64 and a U-value as low as 0.13. Lite options include insulated or non-insulated factory-installed vision lites or aluminum full-view sections for maximum visibility.

The ThermoMark™ 5150 and 5200

The ThermoMark™ 5150 and 5200

The ThermoMark™ 5150 and 5200 doors combine strength, insulation and aesthetic appeal for those applications that require all three features. Made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, they are designed with a woodgrain finish in either a raised panel or flush profile in a variety of colors. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps keep energy costs to heat or cool the building a minimum, offering year round comfort while also helping to provide quieter door operation.

Popular in a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications, the ThermoMark 5150/5200 offers a strong combination of characteristics, including strength, rigidity, longer life and energy efficiency at a highly competitive price.

The ThermoMark 5150/5200 is manufactured using our patented, continuous foamed-in-place technology, in which the polyurethane core is securely bonded to hot-dipped galvanized inner and outer skins. This process gives the ThermoMark 5150/5200 outstanding thermal, strength, and bonding characteristics while creating a door that is significantly more efficient than conventional insulated steel doors. A designed-in joint seal also helps save energy by preventing air filtration. Optional factory glazed windows and aluminum full view panels, combined with two standard finishes (white and brown), can help ensure that the ThermoMark 5150/5200 meets your aesthetic requirements as well.

Materials & Construction
The ThermoMark 5150/5200 is designed for easy installation, rugged durability and longer life. Features such as the 18-gauge steel end caps give the ThermoMark 5150/5200 increased rigidity, while the factory finished interior and exterior hot-dipped, galvanized skins make installation easier, add life to the door and provide greater durability. The ThermoMark 5150/5200 also features hardware plates at all fastener points to add durability and extend the life of the door.

Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan® 125 doors

Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan® 125 doors

Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan® 125 doors feature continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and standard joint seal that provide an R-value of 10.79. At this price point, the construction provides a substantially higher thermal efficiency than industry standard polystyrene doors.

The Wayne-Dalton Thermospan Series doors are the only doors in the industry with patented, roll-formed integral struts on each section, making them the most rigid doors available.

Ideal for applications where energy efficiency is important, and competitive cost is essential, Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan 125 sectional door features a foamed-in-place polyurethane core firmly bonded to hot-dipped galvanized inner and outer skins.Integral roll-formed struts per section add rigidity and strength, making the Thermospan 125 suitable for commercial and industrial applications. The patented Thermospan design demonstrates that overhead doors need not be the weak link in an energy-efficient building.

Materials & Construction
Thermospan 125 doors feature pre-painted inner and outer skins made from hot-dipped galvanized steel for added corrosion protection. The exterior suface is pebbled and grooved, enhancing the appearance while providing improved strength, and each section is reinforced with two 1 3/4" integral roll-formed struts for even greater rigidity. Hot-dipped 18-gauge galvanized end caps offer a superior surface for hinge attachment. Our standard joint seal prevents air infiltration and in conjunction with the solid polyurethane core, offers enhanced energy efficiency.

Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan® 150

Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan® 150

Wayne-Dalton's Thermospan® 150 polyurethane insulated door provides excellent thermal efficiency. Featuring an R-value of 14.16 (U-value of .0706), the Thermospan 150 is an excellent value when energy efficiency is important but strength, rigidity and durability can't be compromised.

Wayne-Dalton Thermospan® 200

Wayne-Dalton Thermospan® 200

Wayne-Dalton Thermospan® 200 provides premium thermal efficiency and low maintenance costs, resulting in a door that costs less to own. Continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a non-conductive thermal break between the inner and outer skins combine to provide a U-value of .057 and an R-value of 17.50.

The secret behind this exceptional energy efficiency is Wayne-Dalton's patented manufacturing process, during which the polyurethane core is continuously foamed-in-place between the outer and inner steel skins to form a homogenous sandwich of steel/polyurethane/steel. The technique produces outstanding thermal, strength and bonding characteristics. Additionally, a non-conductive thermal break virtually stops hot or cold outside temperatures from being transmitted to the inside.

Materials & Construction
The Thermospan 200 also features two patented 1 3/4" integral roll-formed struts per section providing the highest strength-to-weight ratio.

Part of what makes the Thermospan 200 virtually maintenance free is the pre-painted exterior surface. This outer skin of hot-dipped galvanized, structural quality steel is factory finished with baked-on corrosion-resistant primer and a white or brown polyester finish coat. The inner skin is also hot-dipped galvanized steel, factory finished with the same corrosion-resistant primer and polyester finish coat.

The Thermospan 200

The Thermospan 200

The Thermospan 200 features an innovative thermal break that keeps the interior skin at room temperature, preventing condensation and frost, thereby resisting corrosion. Flexible vinyl bulb seal and non-corrosive polymer retainer prevent water and air infiltration at the bottom of the door. Reinforcement plates are located at all hardware attachment locations, and industry standard commercial-grade, heavy-duty, hot-dipped galvanized hardware also contribute to the Thermospan 200's long service life.

Wayne-Dalton's Aluminum Full-View doors are the preferred choice when visibility and light transmission are just as important as aesthetics.
